Development of land use planning and other projects

We develop alternative projects for expanding and improving the possibilities of real estate usage, according to municipality territory planning.

In which case is this service necessary?

It is carried out if the client (land owner/holder) wishes to perform rational planning and dividing of a plot of land, and if there exists a municipality resolution on plot dividing or commencement of development of project in accordance with municipality territory planning.

Documents required to carry out the service:

- Land Register deed
- Land border plan
- Topographical plan (if available)

Term of completion of the order:

Minimum term for development and coordination – 2 months.

Anticipated costs:

The price is dependant on the volume of works:
- land use planning project – from Ls 250 (excluding V.A.T. 21%)
- building authority work task – from Ls 25 per 1200 sq. m.; for every subsequent 100 sq. m. – Ls 2.
